The first party conference of the CPC UREC Committee was held successfully on July 27th. Wang Lei, the secretary of the Party and Working Committee of the group's mixed ownership enterprises, attended the conference.

Under the correct leadership of the group's the Party and Working Committee, the strong support of the company's leadership team and the joint efforts of all party members, the conference agenda was successfully completed. Mr. Guan Yukun was elected as the party committee secretary , Mr. Zhang Yi was elected as the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and deputy party committee secretary. Mr. Wang Lei congratulated the elected people and made a request for well building of party and "three guarantees", putting the party construction into practice and giving full play to the function of party committee's political guarantee and the exemplary vanguard role of party members. Mr. Guan Yukun called on the party members and all staffs to work together to forge ahead and strive to achieve the group's overall goals..

Mr. Ran Chunming, the deputy manager of general office under the Party and Working Committee of the group's mixed ownership enterprises, was also present. UREC's leadership in Kunming participated the conference.
